Roll up! Roll up! Book now to exhibit at DeafInfo 2016

JC Promotion is delighted to announce that bookings are now open for this year’s DeafInfo: a one-day exhibition to promote products and services to Deaf people over the age of 50.

This is a must-attend event for any organisation with products and services suitable for older deaf people. Deaf Info provides a unique opportunity to meet face-to-face with an audience who can be difficult to reach through standard marketing channels, due to language barriers.

Organised as part of the popular annual Deaf UK 50+ holiday, which takes older Deaf people on a week-long break to seaside resorts around the UK, the exhibition provides access to a large group – over 400 will attend – making it an ideal place to raise awareness.

Last year’s exhibitors included public services such as Leicester Police Link Officers for Deaf People (PLOD) and Lincolnshire Trading Standards; businesses like Sign Video, Sainsburys and SEA recruitment which specialises in services for deaf people; charity Lifeline which specialises in support for drug and alcohol misuse; as well as leading Deaf organisations such as British Deaf Association; Royal Association for Deaf and British Sign Language Broadcasting Trust.

The response was excellent from attendees and exhibitors alike. One attendee summed it up nicely, “I thought I knew everything but I have learnt a lot today, which surprised me.” Two-thirds of exhibitors said they would exhibit again.

This year’s event takes place at Pontins in Lowestoft on Wednesday 5th October 2016, from 10am to 3pm.
